We currently have a new opening for Catering Assistant to join Oasis Academy Warndon, helping to co-ordinate day-to-day activities within the kitchen and ensuring quality services are provided to students and staff.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible in assisting with food preparation, cooking, serving and working within a wider team to ensure catering services are carried out efficiently on a daily basis.
Post: Catering Assistant - 10 hours per week.
Salary: SCP 2. Actual Salary £5499 per annum.
Location: Oasis Academy Warndon, Worcester, Worcestershire
Contract: Permanent and term time only
Hours: Monday – Friday. (11:00-13:00)
Closing Date: Monday 7th April 2025 at 9am.
Interviews: Thursday 10th April 2025
Job requirements
- Minimum of a Level 2 award in Food Safety (desirable as full training will be provided)
- Awareness of Health and Safety, COSHH, dietary and allergen requirements
- Commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent catering service with the ability to work within a busy environment
